Our activity is so weather-dependent and the weather is so changeable, that our flying sessions are usually planned on pretty short notice.

If you'd like to have some company when you fly, you can easily start a flying session by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking on "Leave a reply" to this Topic. Just indicate the day, and time that you intend to arrive at the field, and invite other members to join you.

Or, you can "Leave a reply" to accept another person's invitation to form a flying session. People intending to join in should post a Reply, because multiple Replies fuel additional interest.

To "Leave a reply", you will need log in to the Message Board using the username and password that were issued to you. If you've lost them, you can use the lost your password functionality to trigger a password reset - if you do not see a response within a few minutes, be sure to check your Junk/SPAM folder for the password reset email.

If you are not able to complete a reset because your registered email address is not current you can either register with a new username OR Contact our Website Administrator Tim Glover <tglover51@hotmail.com> for additional assistance.

Note that new registrations require manual administrative review so there may be an additional delay if you choose this option.

**Edited: The field will be ok to use on Sunday June 29.**

GH is spraying our field today (Saturday June 28) and advises us to stay off until it's dry. I'm awaiting confirmation from Ryan on whether it'll be ok to use Sunday.

Stay off until we get the ok.

At the moment (mid-day Saturday) the forecast for Sunday looks good with low to moderate winds through the morning, increasing in the afternoon and with warm temps and clear skies.
I plan to be to the field around 10
If conditions deteriorate significantly, I will post by 8:00 am Sunday with revised plan
If you plan to fly, consider posting

Hope to see you out.

I am planning to get out mid morning Sunday. I will be bringing both the DLG and 100” Klebert Recorder high start.

This is your Wednesday afternoon update!

The forecast for Friday is looking very good, dare I say primo! So I will be picking up Terry D and arriving at the field around 10 am. I assume the regular field will be okay to use by Friday, otherwise, we will switch over to the middle field opposite our field box and porta potty.

Best,

Lyle

Afternoon!
Sorry I missed Sunday's flying session! This Wednesday is looking good, but I have commitments. Friday is shaping up to be a potentially great flying opportunity! So I am keeping an eye on the forecast!

I'll update the board, as we get closer to the day..

Best,

Lyle

Ryan will be spraying our field again on Wednesday so he said to use the field directly opposite our portapotty. Be careful to step over the irrigation pipe and be mindful of delicate wings when you pass the parked machinery with your planes.

I have other plans on Wednesday so won't be there even should winds be favourable.

Also - check below for Lyle's post about potentially flying on Friday.
