Our activity is so weather-dependent and the weather is so changeable, that our flying sessions are usually planned on pretty short notice.

If you'd like to have some company when you fly, you can easily start a flying session by scrolling to the bottom of this page and clicking on "Leave a reply" to this Topic. Just indicate the day, and time that you intend to arrive at the field, and invite other members to join you.

Or, you can "Leave a reply" to accept another person's invitation to form a flying session. People intending to join in should post a Reply, because multiple Replies fuel additional interest.

To "Leave a reply", you will need log in to the Message Board using the username and password that were issued to you. If you've lost them, you can use the lost your password functionality to trigger a password reset - if you do not see a response within a few minutes, be sure to check your Junk/SPAM folder for the password reset email.

If you are not able to complete a reset because your registered email address is not current you can either register with a new username OR Contact our Website Administrator Tim Glover <tglover51@hotmail.com> for additional assistance.

Note that new registrations require manual administrative review so there may be an additional delay if you choose this option.

The forecast looks pretty Good Friday, a little chilly, but otherwise great.
I plan to be at the field around 10
Field conditions permitting, Will maiden the T-hunter and will get my resurrected DLGs back in the air for the first time this season.
Will also fly electric if time permits.
Hope to see you there.

Morning!
Looking ahead at the weather this week, I see good conditions for a Thursday morning flying session. Hopefully, if all works out I will taking my new to me, Inside F5J up for the first time! Many thanks to our CFI, Terry D for all his help in making this happen!

The flying season is winding down, so we have to be prepared to take advantage of any good flying conditions when they present themselves!

Hope others can make it as well!

Cheers!
Lyle

I will be going to Westover at 9:30 to test the conditions
Wind direction is not optimal, but I’m going to give it a shot
Forecast has winds changing more easterly around noon so the afternoon looks like a write off
Cheers

Direction was great but some really strong gusts made it jus a bit much
Still, had a couple of good flights and the planes will live to fly another day
Cheers

Evening!
I can't make it to the field on Wednesday, but Tuesday is also looking good, so I will be arriving Tuesday around 8:30 am. I will be bringing my Inside F5J and hoping the winds stay light so I can spend more time tweaking the settings on this fine ship!
