SOGGI's new NOTAM has a new Number
The original NOTAM which we have been operating under, has expired. The NOTAM which now replaces it is unchanged, except for the NOTAM number which is now 160355 instead of the former 160160 .
The air traffic controller who answers your call may or may not be aware of this numbering change yet, so be prepared to explain.
You can view the new NOTAM by going to https://flightplanning.navcanada.ca/cgi ... /notam.cgi
(Enter CYHM for Aerodrome ID, and checkmark the boxes "Aerodrome NOTAM File" and "Local NOTAM only").
I've updated the field log-book with a copy of the new NOTAM, and I've added some explanatory comments in the log-entry section.

Flying Thursday August 11
The Superforecast looks pretty good for Thursday. I hope to get to the field around 8 AM.
Thank you Mike Sherlaw for getting our NOTAM's existence extended for an additional 3 months. That NOTAM's availability to us would otherwise have expired on August 16. Note that we must continue to activate the NOTAM for each flying session, by phoning ATM (Same as we have been doing it up to now).
Postscript: As soon as the fog cleared today, I made two flights. Then I went home before I melted from the heat.

Forecast looks pretty good for the early morning. I plan to arrive about 8 AM and fly electric glider for a couple of hours.

I hope to get to the field about 9:30 and plan on staying until 12:00-ish. Flying electric gliders.

That's great Ann! I definitely want to see that bird in the air! I should be arriving at the field around 9:30 am and will bring my shade canopy and anything I have left that might fly! : )

Wed. Aug.3 flying at new field
Hi all. Planning to fly from 10:00-ish till 1:30 tomorrow Wednesday). Will be maidening my Radian XL (very big brother of the UMX Radian).
